If I could give a 0 I would say in the drive thru behind 2 other cars for them to tell me they aren't taking order at this time. This is almost every time I try and go around this time even when door dashing...
Your locations say 24 hours, but anytime we come to this location they turn off all the lights and claim to be closed and they don't even acknowledge that I have pulled up, I had to call them and they said that they weren't open yet and when I told them their app let me place it, so thats crazy, they hung up on me. It's 5 in the morning and when I pull through to look, is all I see is everyone playing on their phones. If you guys are closed how am I able to place an order on your app. The customer service at this location is the absolute worst. Would recommend going to a different location or somewhere else entirely.
Get what you ordered? Probably not. But at least it's cold. I realize that you cannot expect too much from McDonald's but this one is particularly bad. On the brightside it has shown signs of improvement.
