Tang's Chinese Restaurant

First and last time going here! I ordered chicken teriyaki, and egg rolls. The chicken was plain, and the egg rolls had zero flavor! When I called to get the chicken replaced , or a refund they refused! They said that’s how they make it . I explained several times that the chicken was plain without sauce . They did not care about making it right. They lost a new customer! The owners were rude, and demonstrated terrible customer service!

I think the place has gone downhill in the last year. At least 3 times that I have ordered food for pick-up, it has taken longer than they said. This last time they said it would be ready in 30 minutes; it actually took 75 minutes. This meant I had to wait outside for 45 minutes. And, this was on a Monday evening. They also didn't give me any sauces. One of the dishes was watery too.

This was so disappointing. I’ve always heard great things about Tang’s, but something must have changed. We ordered carry out. When I arrived to pick it up there was a line outside and I waited over 20 minutes in the cold while it was raining. They only let one customer in at a time and they were running behind. I was told 20- 25 minutes for my order when I called it in. When I finally got to go inside to pick up my food, 50 minutes after I ordered it, it still wasn’t ready. Sadly the food wasn’t even good, literally worst fried rice we have ever had. Never again.
