I have been ordering here the same choice for years and never had a problem, but today I am very disappointed with the customer service. The person taking the phone order was uncooperative, rude and sarcastic. I am mostly upset because I like the pizza there. Untill today I have been a customer at this place. Monster Pizza is the best. No more Submarine sandwiches. Always a little something wrong with the order, but nothing significant.

We just paid $43 bucks for wings fries and mozzarella sticks. Fries maybe about 25 fries, burnt, wings are not the regular fried wings. These are maybe baked with sauce. Said put sauce on the side. Repeated my order back, when he got it wrong I corrected him, and you still get it wrong. I am tired of restaurants selling sub par food and charging all this money. We called and they can't deliver correct food because we live too far, which is why we drive to them. We just ordered the same food 2 weeks ago and no issues. Spoke to Leo who was unable to form a sentence without mumbling, and now we can't have the managers name. I am telling you do not order from here. I guess we will drive to Chicago to get the real Rosatis. Avoid Round Lake due to unsanitary, and Grayslake for HORRIBLE FOOD AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.
