Taffer's Tavern

Great place for a date night or a night out with friends, but make sure you make a reservation as it fills up fast in the evening! Easy dining in the early afternoon for lunch! Jackson was helpful getting my wife and I to our table. Milly was our waitress and was very attentive and made sure we were helped properly! Food was great! Drinks were even better, HIGHLY recommend the Taffers Tea or the Blue Mist! The Manager also made sure to stop by to see how we were doing and gave us recommendations!

Drinks and appetizers were fantastic! Unfortunately, the main courses were very disappointing. I had the spicy chicken sandwich which was one of the "featured menu items" and it was a huge letdown. The chicken was literally a very thin patty, not even a chicken breast. It was clearly frozen and pre-seasoned. It was dry and quite possibly one of the worst chicken sandwiches I've ever had. My wife had the salmon which she also said was pretty terrible. Won't be returning.

I honestly had low expectations for place and thought it would be like any other corporate restaurant trying to bank off the name of a “celebrity”. I’ve now been there 3 times and all visits have exceeded my expectations. The drinks are fun and whimsical but actually taste good and not overwhelmingly sweet like I expected. The food menu is diverse and has something for everyone. I’d recommend checking it out, especially the campfire drink!
