Comparing to Long Point and Airline locations, there is a big difference in the portions and also cannot recall I was charged for additional tortillas ($2.5 for 5 small tortillas, feel robbed). Still good flavor but poor portions comparing to the other locations. Remember the MTY 400 was really big.
We were driving to Galveston and the traffic was making it hard to find some place to eat. We were in the thick of Katy, but nothing looked all that appealing for dinner. Well, we were pleasantly surprised by the meal we received at Tacos del Julio. My extra picky children liked their meals and I LOVED the trompo tacos. Bonus, the red and green sauce were so good that I could have gotten a straw and drank them!. Some great food made our slightly tense road trip MUCH better. Thank you Tacos del Julio.
