I ate here twice during my visit to Atlanta to get my favourite hot wings. I found the service to be lacking as I had to ask multiple times to get the game on a TV that I could see. Also, the second time I visited they had run out of all of their bread and my guest couldn't get a burger (one of their main dishes). I feel like their management needs some improvement. The servers were good, but put in and awkward position. Still the best wings in my opinion.
Grier smith is the manager and he is trash! I ordered 20 roasted wings with a side salad online. It was suppose to be ready at 7:53pm. I went inside to get them at the assigned time. After checking the food, I told the cashier they were burned and I wanted them recooked. He took them to the back and I assumed they were being recooked. At 8:00pm, I returned to the inside and Grier gave me the bag - I open it and it was the same wings. To be clear, I eat the same items at least 3 times a week - out the month. Grier told me that the wings are suppose to be like this - they smell and look burned. I asked for the wings to be recooked - he refused and told me that This was the only way they are cooked AND that I was the only one that had a problem with the wings today. After he laughed at me - I asked for my money back and he refused to give me my money back. He told me that he will fry them for me. I told them that I struggle with the fried wings. He said - that’s all I can do. He laughed a

When we walked in, there were about 5 servers at the front talking to a couple of guys and amongst themselves. After everyone dispersed, the hostess greeted us, almost as if we walked into her house unexpectedly. She probably shouldn't be the one seating people. The whole place has a nice ambiance with about 50 TVs. Our server was fantastic! His name was Mahlon. I had 3 beer samples, and they were just ok. I dont prefer beer. I still like to try different ciders. Im looking for a good one. I also ordered a cocktail. Pineapple Upside Down cake. It was not good at all. My server offered to exchange it, so I did, for a classic margarita. Im no lush, but that was the worst ever. It was carbonated and syrupy. At $10 bucks a glass, I tried to drink it. I took a few sips and left it. Hubby had honey chipotle wings, and fries, which were great! Spicy is an u
