Cook Out

If I could leave zero stars I would. This supposed Christian company has stolen money from our account. We even went in with proof and they said they wouldn't fix their mistake. When we called corporate they said they could possibly cut us a paper check but it would take at least a week to get here. If you have eaten at this establishment recently I urge you to check your account as well. This is the location in McDonough Georgia on Hwy 20 and 81

Still the same great taste I remember. Unfortunately, this place suffers from the same lack of attention you see all over fast food places these days. Asked for no onions, I even verified it was on the reciept, still got onions on my burger. The fried sides were thrown directly from the fryer into the Styrofoam container and melted all the way through. Ordered a meal for myself and my guest. My shake did not come out with the meal. I waited at the counter and the cashier dismissively told me "Go ahead and have a seat, we'll let you know when the other shake is ready" Well, I returned to my seat and ate 2/3 of my meal before returning to the register and waiting for someone to come out from the back. It was a different woman from the kitchen who quickly went back and checked and admitted that my shake had been sitting in the back and made me a fresh one. Features: Dining area appeared well kept and clean.

I love the flame broiled flavor I always get on their hamburgers and when I'm in the mood I can't pass up a hot dot ot chili dog here. I like the variety here. We didn't wait very long here either the burger and dog was hot the fries were cold. I really don't care if I wait 20 minutes anyway if the food comes out hot.????????‍♀️ You were able to dine in and the exterior is always clean. I learned early on if the outside is unkempt pretty much the inside is too. My husband and I like to sit and eat in the parking lot and watch the impatient drivers on hwy 20????
