Taco Mac Hiram

Went here for the wings. We arrived about 5:00 pm on a Sunday and the wait was about thirty five minutes. Not terrible because they were very short handed. Ordered fried pickles for an appetizer that were comped because the meal came out before they did. Ordered the wings for our meal. They were good. Our server was great. But what irritated me the most was the bartender...We had originally attempted to sit at the bar on the end....The bartender did not even acknowledge that we existed until my wife started waving her hands. At this point he walked over and told us we couldn't sit there because those seats were reserved. No explanation at all. However because of our outstanding server this experience got 3 stars. Had it not been for her it would have been a ONE STAR. I only wish I had gotten her name so I could give credit where credit is due. Hopefully the next time I come through here my experience will be a better one. Features: No masks required.

Worst place to sit and eat. We lost 2 hrs and end up eating Taco Bell. Even Manager don't even know how to get my bill she took 20 minute and correct 3 times to took off my bill which was not bought in. Never go back even if it last choice to eat. Guys try it and you will find out.

I go to TacoMac multiple times a month and unfortunately the Hiram location is the closest. It is the most disorganized and inconsistent location of the ones I frequent. Multiple times the beer I’ve chosen is not the beer I’ve been given and the food is rarely the same. Sometimes they add jalapeños to the guacamole (sometimes they don’t). Sometimes they’ll add flour tortillas to the trio dip or chicken tinga nachos (sometimes they don’t). Portion sizes also vary each visit. I prefer Woodstock, kennesaw, and Marietta but Hiram is less than 5 mins from my house. The food is good when it’s correct
