Taco Casa

We have going to Taco Casa on Galloway in Mesquite dive it opened. We have complained about soggy and stale hard taco shells. The girl we spoke with about it said they were going stale from the window to our home, we live 2 miles away . On 8-22-22 we purchased tacos and specifically said we want fresh taco shells, didn’t happen again. We have called many times and never get anyone to answer. We will never return again.

Great as always. No complaints. Love the sweet tea and now I can buy there hot sauce by the bottle. It's more of a taco sauce and not spicy but the flavor is great.

I've been trying to get in contact with someone for three days. I went to this location and ordered tacos and super burritos and supreme nachos. Got my food but they were the regular burritos charged at super burritos and nachos prices. The nachos only came with cheese and beans nothing else. Did not get my jalapenos, my lettuce, my sour cream. NOTHING!!!! I paid EXTRA for. I took off the olives but had this location told me they didn't have the food products for extra money. I would have got the regular order that did not cost me an extra $2 per item. I have been trying to get ahold of someone and they are sending me straight to voicemail. I need to either get my money back for the extra I paid or my meal satisfactory. It's not cheap to throw $40+ dollars on food. No one is responding and I'm becoming an unsatisfied customer. My daughter loves taco casa and we do what we can to meet her wants. But my statements are not complaints just super super unsatisfied with what I paid for..
