Taco Casa

Poor customer service. First the cashier over charged me, and didn’t correct me and then she had an attitude when I questioned whether my order was correct. I will not patronize this location again. I ordered a Taco Lite without sour cream and tomato and she charged me for sour cream. When the order came one was a taco lite and one was a super taco. Paris C definitely needs more training.

I have been to this location several times and always had problems with ghetto workers. I haven't been back here for probably 6 months I decided to come back today, and it was a complete different environment for me. There was only 1 worker who acted like she hated her job and it showed, but she came in right when I was getting ready to leave and asked for a refill. The other workers were courteous, they made my order correct for the first time since I've been coming here, the store was clean (I didn't go in the restrooms), and I actually felt comfortable sitting in there to eat. This crew today earned this 5 star!

Good food. Has not changed. Kids are happy. I had a spicy meat burrito, nice. Had to add more hot sauce to make it spicy Kids enjoyed their combo burritos.
