Taco Cabana

Zero stars would’ve been better, Went through the drive tru asked for green salsa, cashier said they were out and I proceeded to ask for just any salsa she reassured me there was a different salsa in the bag. Then I get to work and there’s no salsa in bag, I call taco cabana and the manager first response is “salsa is free” like excuse me I don’t care if there was a charge I would’ve paid for it the attitude was ridiculous especially because I was not yelling I was talking to her regularly. Long story short I got no salsa with my tacos and attitude from a manager who ended a call with “I run a billion dollar company” and I dial tone. Just wow…. She must not know the difference of running and working for. If you want salsa and better service taco palenque is right next door.

I placed my order at 8:47 pm and sat in the drive thru until 9:08 when the guy finally gave us our order. It's funny that they took my money right away and then had me sit there for 20 minutes to get my food. He didn't even have the decency to let us know that maybe they were running slow. He just act annoyed when I told him they forgot to include the tortillas and salsa. So he said he'd go get them. I waited another 5 minutes and I didn't see any sight of him. In the meantime people behind me were honking their horns and getting out of their cars I'm wondering what was going on. I finally gave up and just drove away. I'm not big on complaining.. as a matter of fact this is the first bad review I've given any business ever! Don't go here.

I would avoid this location completely for awhile because they are constantly understaffed. We we’re stuck in the drive thru lane for close to an hour recently & there is no way to leave once someone is behind you. I give the two poor employees credit for not walking out honestly, Taco Cabana needs to do something about their hiring practices already.
