Whataburger

The store is clean, food is good as usual. Coffee is fresh, the cream cold. Food and cleanliness, 5 star as I expect based on my past experiences with Whataburger. This location has installed self serve kiosks, which I typically believe are an improvement. This morning the staff seemed to take my use of the kiosk as permission for 3 in uniform and one not in uniform to stand at the register and chat about company business causing me to interrupt them to ask for a table tent that was not available at the kiosk. In addition to this minor oversight, I did not receive the orange juice that was on my order and had to return to the counter to request it. 3 of 5 for service overall.

Honestly, the most friendly whataburger I have ever been to. The food came out hot and fast. Customer service can be tough because you get some very unfriendly customers sometimes. So most of the time I go out to eat everyone looks like they hate their lives. Not here, for my experience there were smiles on people's face and everyone was very friendly. It felt welcoming and makes me want to come back.
