Taco Bueno

This location is near my home, so I try to go to this one. Most of the time I am disappointed. I waited for 15 minutes in the drive thru today. There was one car at the window. 2 people behind me pulled off. After 10 minutes, I was asking her to take my order, and she informed me she was the only one working and she still needed me to wait before taking my order. She was literally taking one order at a time and making it. What I thought was really odd is Regina was not alone. There was another employee in the store. I've come to this location and they have not honored their coupons. I've come to this location and it was closed when it was supposed to be open. This place is a hot mess, and you are lucky to get any food when you go up here. Unless you have 30 to 45 minutes to wait, if they are open at all. I highly recommend you do not go to this location, unless you like poor customer service. I will not be going back.

Had to drive through. They couldn't hear me and my car is not loud. Got through that , got my Bueno chalata platter. Couldn't eat it until I went through the drive through again to get utensils and napkins. I'm addicted to the Bueno chalata dinners. Next time I'll go to a different one although the food was good.

every other time i come workers are wonderful, im autistic and i always order my favorite thing which is two large chips and queso, workers always fill cheese all the way and i get all my orders worth. tonight i came by for the same thing, they close at 12am and i came at 11pm, i checked my order and the cheese was only filled nearly half way in one then under half in the other, i came back around and tried asking for either more cheese that i paid for or a refund. the guy at window (black shirt & black guy i didnt catch a name) closed down the entire shop and locked the window to ignore me then walked away and left ignoring me forcing me to take cheeseless chips. i have to now go to a different location just for cheese. do better, never coming back again. left in tears.
