Taco Bueno

I LOVE Taco Bueno, but this location was very disappointing. Poor staff, dirty, slow

every other time i come workers are wonderful, im autistic and i always order my favorite thing which is two large chips and queso, workers always fill cheese all the way and i get all my orders worth. tonight i came by for the same thing, they close at 12am and i came at 11pm, i checked my order and the cheese was only filled nearly half way in one then under half in the other, i came back around and tried asking for either more cheese that i paid for or a refund. the guy at window (black shirt & black guy i didnt catch a name) closed down the entire shop and locked the window to ignore me then walked away and left ignoring me forcing me to take cheeseless chips. i have to now go to a different location just for cheese. do better, never coming back again. left in tears.

I ordered Several Things including a NACHO SALAD. I had a coupon for $2.00 off. I realize now why the coupon exists - It's the Discount you get for eating "STALE CHIPS" in your otherwise pretty good Nacho Salad. (I guess they want to FLUSH OUT THE OLD CHIPS and that's the idea of giving $2.00 Off Coupon). AND I was told (not mentioned on the coupons or on the Paper the Coupons come on) That You can only use One Coupon per ticket. The Dine-In Area was looking okay - no one was in there. The SUPPLIED TOPPINGS Table IS / WAS a Mess. But I didn't use it. I can't RECOMMEND GOING TO TACO BUENO, but if you do go, hope for good food of REASONABLY FRESH ITEMS.
