only reason 2 stars is food, customer service has become non-existent. If U order completely off menu might be fine, except for long wait to order then again waiting on food. If you need anything different, like no cheese on the beef cheddar (cannot eat sesame seeds) expect there to be considerable confusion & that confusion not hidden. Will just have to start making drive farther north for better service; this place USED to be so good..no more sadly

Place has been going downhill for years. Today was them wanting to argue with me how much I owed. They told me on the intercom $10.96 then when I got to the window, $13 and some change. Proceeded to explain to me with an attitude that the $10 was before tax, and asked if I had a large drink. I didn’t, I had a medium, but her mistake didn’t stop the attitude. Turns out they forgot to add my medium on, then just charged a large for whatever reason. Original $10.96 receipt was stuck to the bag, had to ask for the $13 dollar receipt. Food is overpriced for what it is, but not bad. Just pricey.

It would be my suggestion that when you’re supposed to be open late on the weekends…that you ensure your drive thru is not blocked by car enthusiasts who aren’t even eating at your establishment. I showed up with a car full of friends who wanted Arby’s only to find that the entire parking lot was take up by people who were there to show off their cars. The drive thru was completely blocked while the restaurant was obviously open. How exactly do the employees expect to do any business for the company if they allow all access to be blocked?
