Walk in and stand at counter for a few minutes before coming to the realization that help wasn't coming. Went to the self service machine placed order and that process went fine. got drink cups and filled them and no lids went to get hot sauce and all empty. Back to the counter I stand maybe 5 minutes before yelling back there for someone to help. Every table was dirty my wife asked for a rag to clean the table. The 1 guy that was actually working did say sorry and that there was only 3 people working however there was 2 other employees sitting in the lobby doing nothing and he asked them to clock in early and help and got nothing from them which I know they don't have to but then don't sit in the lobby with uniforms on doesn't look good to customers when the stores trashed and your not getting helped and seeing employees sitting there like that

Ordered on mobile app, was not given food due to "water dripping on everything", offered no help in getting a refund. Paid 21 dollars and did not get anything and cannot get refunded thru the app and store is useless in offering a resolution.
