Taco Bell

Never have I left with my food actually right. It seems there is only one employee there that ever cares but unfortunately he’s not in the kitchen. Yesterday I ordered an quesadilla with extra creamy jalapeño sauce even said it on the ticket. I got non. But it was over DoorDash so I just took my lose and threw it away. every time I go here I have to turn around and have it fixed. Even heard somebody in the kitchen complain once. I work in the service industry and know it’s not that hard.????

Third time we have ordered and asked no sour cream on anything and they put it on everything they even went out of their way to replace the spicy ranch with sour cream. I figured being the nice side of town the taco bell would care more but the one inthe hood where we used to live never messed up our orders like this location. Appearently these employees dont know how to read.

I don’t know who is worse, Door Dash or this location of Taco Bell. Due to health issues, we tend to order delivery and we consistently are missing items from our orders or things are not made correctly. This evening I had to go fetch the rest of our order which shouldn’t have happened if a little care had been taken. As it was, the missing item was a 12 count of the Cinnabon donut holes and when we went to pick them up (after being hung up on twice) there were only 11. It wasn’t like they were swamped or understaffed either. There were 2 girls at the drive thru with the manager working the front and getting items from the cook(s). I really wish this store would get a decent crew and/or Door Dash would allow people to choose what store to use since there is another Taco Bell just as close, highly accurate in the orders, and usually so corteous instead of apathetic.
