Ordered 2 soft tacos no lettuce add sour cream and a beefy 5-layer burrito with 2 small drinks: $15.88 and only received 2 drinks and a beefy 5-layer
The manager is a pain in the a** super rude bought a case of the tacos supreme so you know they add an extra 15$ for the sour cream but my tacos only had meat and cheese in them how is that okay when I called the guy said yeah just come back in and get them. The lady on her little Taco Bell power trip was not letting it happen. Maybe it turns her on or something? Or just being that old and working at a Taco Bell has her nickers in a twist? I don’t know all I’m saying is if you are that old and angry maybe just maybe it’s time for a career change? ????????
I don't go to Walnut Creek often, but I was expecting it to be at least as good as my Taco Bell. I ordered on the app for drive thru, waited 45 minutes in the drive thru line, got my food, and drove away. I assumed that they wouldn't make my food until I checked in at the speaker, but I was wrong. I opened my bag when I got home, 5 minutes after leaving, and the food was stone cold, like it had been made an hour prior. I mean, even soggy and cold it still had flavor and I was too hungry to go back (not to mention I didn't want to wait another hour for hot food). I'll be back in Walnut Creek this weekend so I checked the new reviews to see if they had improved. Since there's still people reporting this, I'm going to assume my experience would be the same as before and give it a miss.
