Taco Bell

I usually drive further down the street to the other Taco Bell bc this one is so bad. Gave it another chance and was remind how terrible it was tonight. Our beefy five layer wasn’t a five layer. Had chips and beans all over it. The cheese cups were cold and half full. And the nacho fries were cold and soggy. Also made each person wait to order until the person in front of them ordered and got all the way through the drive through and got their food. Tried to call to see if we can resolve my wrong order after I got all the way home and the phone is off the hook.

Did a quick visit to Taco Bell during the work day using the mobile app. When I entered the restaurant, everyone was very friendly. My order was prepared as ordered (customized) and was ready quickly. I was pleasantly surprised how nice everyone in the store was. Thank you!!!!

This night shift trash… where tf is my meat and beans in my crunch wrap. Since when did they sell veggie crunch wraps with cheese
