We Be Ribs Trailer

Omg! Decided to stop to grab a bite while at the Rossford craft show at Rossford High School. So glad we did! Mouth watering just by the smell. The gentleman at the window was so friendly. They take cards and post that there is a minimum fee which is nice to know ahead of time. The menu is perfect. Not too little not too large. Prices are reasonable. Portions perfect. Me and my teenage daughter spilt the Mac and cheese with pork and sauce. It was filling. This reminds me of when I lived in NC. The pork is so tender and juicy. The Mac and cheese was on point! This is a must do again!!!!!!

First time visit. I parked away from the stand as directed.. I ordered the 3-bone ribs (about 1/4 rack) the sides of baked beans and mac-n-cheese. Then I waited inside my car for my food. I was surprised how quickly my order arrived at my car window. Everything was nice and tasty. The ribs didn't exactly fall off the bone but was still well prepared. Included were 2 slices of white bread to sop up the sauces. Overall an enjoyable experience.

The baddest barbecue in the city I’ll drive trucks 25 years ate everywhere!!!!just called them today on the holiday my heart is broken if they’re not open LOL the best of the city best quality best customer service hands-down!!!!!!
