Last week I went on drive thru around 11pm and some guy, maybe Bosnian I don’t know, tried to zest me up on drive thru. Honestly it made me feel a little odd and caught me off guard. But, the food was really good!
This Taco Bell is going downhill. It took a full 30 minutes to get food last night which is ridiculous. They tend to neglect the people in the lobby or don’t open it altogether & Last week they were out of beef and made us cancel the order although we said swapping it with beans is fine. Will start going to another location
This entire order was the most stale food I've ever eaten in my life. None of my items were visually full. None of my items had toppings spread evenly. I asked for and paid for extra sauce on my burritos and they came with no sauce. My taco shells were all broken. This used to be a fantastic location because they were always quick and the food was always made properly. The prices have nearly doubled and the food has become garbage. Nothing about this experience is remotely acceptable. I could not be more disappointed.
