We did not like the kiosk as it seemed too complicated and took us too long to order our food. Taco Bell on W. Florissant in STL, MO. I ordered a nacho bell grande & as you can see per the photo attached, there was a paper clip in my food as well. I returned it & not one apology was given. The managers even took their phones out & laughed at me. Angela was the manager & there was another manager but they refused to give her name. No one apologized & they all thought the situation was funny. Needless to say, this location is extremely unprofessional and needs a complete overhaul of new employees, starting from the MANAGERS on down.
