Taco Bell

They made my order correctly but I was dissapointed in the customer service I received today. Was in the drive through line with my children and she said “ummm are your breaks ok?” And I said “they’re fine they’re just a little squeaky” I thought it was bizzare and super unprofessional to ask. She then said “oh well I understand that it’s out of your control but it hurt my ears” and I’m just dumbfounded like what on earth do you want me to do about it? My car is not an appropriate subject to be discussing with me when I just want to order food. The car behind me was laughing and my kids were with me in the car and I was humiliated. Awful customer service. I called and asked for a manager and a woman answered and I believe it was the person who took my order or maybe they sound exactly the same so I hung up. Very sad to see a franchise in a “nice” part of town think this is acceptable and okay. I’ll go to the Taco Bell in the galleria next time.

Slowest taco bell in town could take 10 minutes could take 40 minutes has to be a staffing issue or something but dont go if you're in a hurry but they get your order right more than most taco bells

Every time I go to ANY Taco Bell I get a Chicken soft taco SUPREME. Meaning, lettuce, tomato, chicken, cheese, and SOUR CREAM!!! I NEVER GET THE SOUR CREAM!! EVERYTIME!! I’m done.
