The drive thru service was not working so I had to order in. The staff seemed like they were having a great time but somehow forgot about me. I place the order inside. I didn't have my card only cash. So it wasn't up until they didn't have anything to do and they asked about my order... Beyond careless with their customers... Rather go to the one in Lake Mary for a better and more speedy service..... Don't waste your time and drive a little farther to the Lake Mary one.

Food was cold by the time we finally received it. Half of our order was totally wrong. Employees were literally yelling at each other at the food assembly line then one of the aforementioned female employees proceeded to yell at an Uber eats driver for simply (and politely) asking if they had received her online order!! The lobby was full of people waiting for their food and it was taking 5 employees forever to get anything bagged up and sent out. The wait was bad enough, but the horrible attitudes and terrible customer service is unacceptable... We will never visit this location again.
