Chipotle Mexican Grill

My daughter and I happen to love chipotle, but this particular location is always filthy. Every time we walk in there we walk right out due to nobody cleaning up. You can’t expect to have a line out the door and the people behind the counter serving to stop what they’re doing and clean tables floors, and empty garbage cans absolutely disgusting.

Terrible customer service from the line workers that were on shift today. Girl working tortilla (had very thick eyeliner on, facial piercings) overall just had a poor attitude. The girl working salsa had a much better approach and i appreciate it.

I have been to many Chipotle locations but the one located on WP Ball in Sanford, Fl was the worst! When I walked in the grill boy was making chicken and the grill was loaded with salt. I simply asked if he would select one for me with minimal salt due to my heart issue at which time he agreed. Soon after he ignored my request, put more chicken and salt on the grill and started an entire conversation with 2 guys that were at the end of the line instead of working the grill. I waited 25 minutes to be overlooked and at no time acknowledged about my meal. The employees on the take out side played more than they worked. A male worker with glasses came out to announce items that they were out of….corn, fajita, hot sauce and cilantro rice. The beans appeared as if they had been sitting there for 1 to 2 hours. No one was checking the temperature of the food. The atmosphere was terrible and the guy with the glasses, short curly hair was rude as heck. To be honest I walked out after waiting 25
