The entire team at this location are very unprofessional. Every time I come here I am never satisfied with the type of service they provide. At this point it’s either hire more workers with MORE experience or, ULTIMATELY, SHUT IT DOWN. PS When I say, “the entire team,” I mean “the ENTIRETY of the team.” GO HOME ROGER.
I've never left a review for anywhere EVER. I'll just tell you this, don't waste your time and just take the extra time to go to another location or eat somewhere else. They WILL make you wait. Took 35 minutes to get my food...it's actually worse than what I'm even saying. Just don't waste your time.
Tried this place twice. First time I went inside and stood there for about 10 min without any acknowledgement by staff. They were only helping drive thru. Second time I go through drive thru and wish I could have exited the line for how long it took. The person that took the order was short, shoved the food in my face and closed the door before I could ask for sauce. Go inside and they all three made eye contact but no help at all.
