So its my first time at Dunkin' Donuts on Van buren blvd today around maybe 12noon The lady on drive thru Black hair dark maked eyes some tattoos , said i was a complicated customer Only bc i told her that our pumpkin spice iced drinks tasted plain no taste !! I brushed it off Because i had my kids with me & im not a karen type , she was rude!! Like who says that !!!! I definitely deserve more then a refund honestly, i can't believe this dunkin donut employees would treat us their customers that way!!!! I calked them today & noone answered!!!???? check your cameras!!!!
The song being played inside the Van Buren store on July 2 at 1:30pm was absolutely inappropriate. The F bombs were dropped clearly throughout the song. Dunkin...you can do much better than that. Child friendly, I don't think so. ...will take my business elsewhere.
