Seems like you never get what you order and when you do it's done poorly. $12 for 6 tiny pieces of chicken. It's a joke. They're a joke

Thank you for giving me a brand new drive through experience! This was the very first time I've had someone refuse to take my order at the drive through window and she said that I had to order online because they were too busy trying to knock out their Door Dash orders. The drive through line was empty except for one other car that was at the window waiting for their order. Needless to say, I threw my car in reverse and went next door to Cookout instead.

The staff is good but the place is dirty and old. They also don't serve iced coffee all day even though you can order it and pay for it in the app. Other Taco Bell's in Wake county serve it all day to serve ALL customers. Vegetarian options: Bean burritos are vegetarian. You can order stuff without sour cream and cheese for vegan options too.
