They do the best that they can, but overall if they could work on having the food more tidy. Keep up the hard work! To be honest just came back from an order and needed to switch out a ingredient from an item before asking for an option at the speaker rushes me to the window. To be honest wouldn't care if she would charge me extra for the ingredient but the fact for their disregard for customer service made me feel that I need to let you guys know. This is our customer service

I'm only visiting here in Portland for the next few days.. drive thru was slow but I enjoyed the down time.. got food order and didn't bother to check bag.. Why??!!! That's on me.. as much as I enjoy a soft taco supreme every now and again it just tastes better when you put the sauce on it that you asked for.. no sauce, no napkins. How do you eat a taco without sauce and without making hella mess???!! I appreciate all who were working. Thank you. It isn't easy anymore.. especially when no one is running with full staff.

giving two stars so the owner can make some changes. In their attempts to copy Chick-fil-A and Dutch Brothers (in the words of the employee standing out there) they have an employee out there taking your order which makes the drive-thru incredibly slow and you don't have the opportunity to see the menu because the employee only has a small screen and a card with the items they want you to purchase. Why don't they just go back to the standard drive-thru situation or at the very least have the employee stand next to the menu so that you can look at the menu like you normally do and keep things moving along. It made it literally twice as long to get through the drive-thru and it did not feel good did not feel personal did not feel at all positive. On the plus side the food was great compared to other locations.
