I ordered a bean burrito through the drive thru and my bean burrito had fresh onions on it. I have never ordered a bean burrito and it came with onions. I was very disappointed. I only ate a little bit and through the rest of it away. ☹☹☹

Ordered tacos with no lettuce on Uber eats from this location. Never had an issue before but tonight they put extra lettuce on every single taco. I called to see if they could possibly comp and before I could finish explaining he said “you’ll have to take that up with Uber” to which I responded “Uber didn’t make my tacos” and he hung up on me and disconnected the phone so I couldn’t call back. Wish I got his name because as someone who works in food service disrespecting customers is uncalled for. No matter what I have ever had going on in my life I have never taken that out on a paying customer. So to the rude guy who answered the phone- you’re the reason my unborn child and myself have no food tonight and I genuinely hope you learn to be respectful and if not I hope you disrespect the wrong person one day and get taught a lesson. Or get fired. Horrible customer service and will NOT be back to order from this location.

I placed an order through uber eats and they left out an order of cinnamon twists. My drink was not a large watermelon berry freeze. It was a small watermelon berry dragon paradise sparkling tea freeze. Now I'm short a drink and cinnamon twists from the same cravings box order!!!!!! Plus no red sauce on anything! However, the delivery driver was kind, courteous, and very efficient in delivering us our order. Kudos to you Richard!! Thank you.
