Came here at 4 in the afternoon. The food was super fresh and the quantity was great. Super nice employee at the register. Clean restaurant. This was probably the best TB experience I’ve had. Give this crew a raise!
Man I swear this place gets worse everytime we go!! They say the lobby closes at 10. But they were kicking people out of the lobby at 7. These people really don't want to work, just look at the long line at the drive through. Not only is it always long, the line barely moves. Taco bell is going down hill fast. Plus they can't get a order right to save their own life.
I get the fact that that this is a changing workforce but it’s sad that professionalism seems to be nonexistent in fast food these days. I went to this Taco Bell yesterday evening and it was clear the staff wasn’t interested in serving customers but rather playing on the intercom and wasting time. Not only will I never visit this location again but Taco Bell has lost my business. Completely unacceptable.
