Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

It’s time for my review I’ve been going here in multiple years and I’ve seen the issues through at the years. The food is always old or over cooked. They close at random hours. Always out of products such as desserts and sides. The employees are very rude and argumentative. The receipt machine never works because they never wanna get it fixed. Always messing up your orders. The inside of the store is dirty in the bathrooms are nasty.

Probably the best fast food chicken sandwich! There is a close runner up out there, but if I'm going to have a cheat meal chicken sandwich it's going to be Popeyes! So I got 2!!

When I got to the window, they made it a point to charge me $2.50 for a side of gravy. Drove home ready to eat, where’s my gravy? I called to be reimbursed bc it’s not food… literally a side of gravy I already felt I was being overcharged for already and they told me to go back to the store for my $2.50 or a side of gravy whenever I feel like going. So… now you want me to spend more money on food I can eat with my not “free” side of gravy because I already paid for it? Bad customer service. That’s why everyone loves chick-fil-a. Thanks. My drinks were wrong too for both orders and my chicken tasted like it had been sitting in the warmer. Mario, thanks for nothing.
