Taco Bell

It was such an awful experience. They forgot some of our orders and put an empty wrapper inside our bag. Good thing we checked it before we left the parking lot. We went back to the drive thru. Instead of apologizing for it, the lady who talked to us gave us an attitude as though we were lying (over Taco Bell, can you imagine lol). We don't want free food, we want to get what we paid and waited for (even though we placed the order ahead of time and we were told that it was ready).

If this wasn’t the only place near me open when I get off work I wouldn’t go here. Says they close at 9:30 but they closed up at least 15 minutes before. Very unprofessional. If I did that at my work I’d be fired.

I have not been to Taco Bell in at least 20 years. When I ordered I asked for chicken tacos and the lady was kind enough to say that she could make me some which I thought was extremely nice of her as I don't eat beef and I had no idea that they did not offer chicken tacos. When I received my food, I was extremely happy to notice that Taco Bell has reduced their sodium content by at least 75% since I last ate there. Kudos to them! My chicken tacos were delicious indeed. Thank you to the staff for being so accommodating. I very much appreciate their kindness. Kid-friendliness: I brought my 3-year-old granddaughter here and she enjoyed her soft taco too. Parking: There was plenty of parking available as the store was not busy. Dietary restrictions: I was quite pleased to say that the employees were quite accommodating and made me chicken tacos!
