Taco Bell

Door dashed last night and when the food was delivered the order was completely wrong. There was no 12 pack tacos, no beef burritos, no cheese Gordita crunch. The only thing that was correct was the Baja blast. Called and they said it didn't come from there but the dasher and door dash confirmed that it did. Worst service ever!

The tortilla on the cheesy Gordita crunch was stale and tough. I customized both entrees to have NO lettuce. I get lettuce on both. And this has happened multiple times. I am done with this location. Drive thru employees are always kind. But the kitchen staff more times than not can’t get anything right. And with my food being literally inedible I’m done trying with this location. Management needs to talk to staff and if you mess up a customization REMAKE it don’t just chuck it in the bag anyway. They weren’t even busy I was the only other car in line besides one at the window when I pulled up.

I had two friends who greened out in the middle of the young's dairy parking lot of eds and were frozen in time. 15min before closing i pulled up asking for 2 large waters. After mentioning the situation they gave me an extra 2 free complimentary cokes????.
