I had placed a mobile order this morning for a sausage egg McMuffin and a steak egg and cheese bagel. My McMuffin has egg shells in in still and my steak egg bagel had a huge price of plastic inside the sandwich. Very disappointed in the food today. This was a mess. Disgusting experience I’ve ever had. The inside of the McDonald’s is extremely dirty, none of the staff for the cash registers and the automated machines for ordering are almost always in operational. The floor was covered in trash. They had a wet floor sign out like they had mopped, but this floor hasn’t been mopped at all. Chairs are broken, there is food all over the ground, the lobby area is absolutely nasty. It’s so bad my six-year-old was disgusted by it and said he wished we sat outside. I had to use soap and water on a napkin to wipe off our table. Also, we went a separate time and it was freezing inside, so we decided to sit at the concrete tables outside and the sprinklers sprayed all over their outdoor seating. What is the point of that?

Totally normal McDonald's. Usually pretty efficient when busy. Sometimes the order is slightly wrong but for the most part it's nothing major. Happy meals (the primary reason we go here is for our three kids) occasionally don't match the current toy or they will give extra fries when I request apple slices.
