Of all the Taco Bell's I have ever been too,this one was the absolute best,great customer service and when asked for condiments they gave me more than enough ,food was hot and drive through time was minimal.
Waited in the drive thru 5 minutes with nobody saying anything just to pull up to the window for them to tell me they weren't open. At 5:30 mind you. Where is management!!!!! Seems to be a theme in the restaurants in this area. Shameful.
Waited in the drive through line for over 45 minutes for a mobile app order. Door was locked with no sign. Took over 15 minutes once at the speaker for someone to acknowledge us. Waited another 15 minutes at the window for our order to be ready. Overall, took over an hour to get through the drive through and some of the food was cold. This location consistently has issues like this for the last 3 years, so it's not a one off. Not even worth trying any more.
