Waited in line outside for 20 minutes; ordered was told it was 15 minutes for chicken; had to go park in the parking to wait and 25 minutes later I had to go in the restaurant to see what was thing on with my order of course they were waiting for biscuits to come up; I finally got my order only but to get home to cold chicken, cold sides; chicken was not hot and fresh at all. I'm very disappointed!!!

Does management even see these reviews???? I think you should call this "Slow food that gives you family time to hang out in the parking lot or drive thru. Great bonding time." Terrible terrible terrible wait time!!! No matter it's drive through or pick up, every time. You just have to budget for at least 40 minute to wait and then risk being told they do not have something. For the most recent visit we did pick up, we were yelled at by employees that we should not be entering the store (even though the door was unlocked and website confirmation said that food would be placed at the counter for pickup), and that we should go back outside and wait in the car. "Someone will bring the order to you." Guess what, it was a good wait in the car for 58 minutes in the car. 58 whole minutes!
