Taco Bell

I don't understand why it is so hard to not get crusty beans you would think your food would be served just like someone else wanted to eat it. But nope and then people are so mad because you asked for something extra why would you get mad I'm paying for it. I'm not asking for something for free.

I went there and ordered a steak power bowl and instead I received a veggie power bowl and I ordered cheesy fiesta potatoes but was given French fries. If they did not have what I asked for they should have said something or at least refunded my money but when I said something I was told “We don’t have it” Like I wasted money on stuff I don’t even eat.

I almost rated 3 stars because their mess up introduced me to something else I love on their menu. But I feel the lack of any substance in my Doritos supreme tacos, missing my soft taco supreme and giving me someone’s potato flatbread tacos?, as well as waiting in the drive thru, only being the third car from the speaker for nearly 40 minutes negates the new menu item they do graciously threw in my bag. But I will say, the one at the window was very polite and extremely apologetic for the wait. Food: 4/10, customer service: 8/10, wait time: 2/10
