If I could give 0 stars I would. My order was made incorrectly. I called twice before going back up there, and no one picked up. To make a long story short, my incorrect food was snatched out of my hands, I was cursed out and the cops were called. I have contacted corporate and am possibly thinking about seeking counsel for emotional distress! This location's managers and employees are very unprofessional, rude, nasty and disgusting. Today will be my last time ever visiting this location!

This place is nasty, shows no customer service, and should be reported to public health. The manager straight up told us that they don't cook chicken after 8pm. They just continue to serve food that's been out for hours harboring bacteria and won't make you anything fresh despite request. Even gave this place another chance and at 3pm, they refused to cook fresh tenders and stated she didn't know how long the current ones had been out! Left both times! You will get sick eating here with these practices!

My family and I had to come get some food late around 8pm. We had to come back in to get other food and I needed a refund Shay and Ariana gave me no problems and helped immediately! Thank you for being kind and professional and helping us! We appreciate it! They are stars!
