Simply honest. A few weeks ago, I tried the newly introduced chicken sandwich. I waited, unusually long and the sandwich was dried out and the absolute worst meal I...started to eat. A bite and a half and I threw it out. The employees were personable and seem to know their jobs.
Rude employees and cold food, will not return. Can get good service and hot food at the chic fil a that's close by!
I’ve observed this location for 2 weeks now. They’re constantly out of chicken, long lines in drive thru only to finally get to the front to pay and to be told it will be an additional 20 minutes for more chicken to be made. During my observation they didn’t have chicken available more than half the time I went. The manager on staff gave me the regional managers name and I’ll be reaching out directly. Some team lead training will probably help this location.
