Consistently sub my “steak” burrito for ground beef and I don’t notice til I get home. Then I call to find out if they actually have steak so it’ll be worth going back and can’t get anyone on the phone. Disappointing as ever. This is the closest TB to my house but I’ll never come back
Was given the wrong order. Then we took the 2nd order, did not check. Not our order. We throw half of it away. We did a mobile order. They said they did not understand the name is why the first order was wrong. Why was the second order wrong too? It was 2 crunchy tacos and 2 burritos I hope they got it straightened out quickly. We tried to call the store to let them know the mistake so they could have the customer behind us have the correct orders. No answer.
Says you are open till 4am. I order on the app and when I get there it closed at "2:30" At this point I've had this issue with several places around Lewisville TX just closing when they want to,so I'm done. You've lost a customer forever... also, at this point just close down your app. None of your stores near me want business, but they all say they are open
