I wish I could give 0 stars. I waited 17 minutes for two Blizzards inside the restaurant. There was only one other customer inside and the drive thru was not busy. I ended up getting tired of waiting and went up to the counter to see what was taking so long. Three employees ignored me and finally one asked what I needed. She did not apologize for the long wait and went to the back and saw our two Blizzards sitting on the counter. It was clear they had been sitting there awhile because they were melted. She did not flip them over or offer to remake them. I will not be returning to this location- such poor service!
Young dude has an attitude about giving me my card I do not trust them. He was scaring at the numbers too hard for me. Everyone is waiting minutes in a damn drive thru. Smh food wasn’t even freshly made. Much as I love DQ I will Never coming back!
I ordered 3 tacos with NO TOMATOES. I sat FOREVER in the drive-thru before and after I placed my order and judging by how soggy these tacos are, I’m pretty sure they made them as soon as I ordered them. I can’t even eat these. I definitely will NOT be going back.
