Taco Bell

Ordered on the app. They locked the dining room area before 8:30pm so you couldn’t get in to pick up the mobile order. The car line was wrapped around the building with 11-15 cars in the drive thru that weren’t even passed the speaker to place an order. The phone number is set to straight voicemail even currently the next day at 4pm. After waiting 20 minutes and the line never moved with left. Couldn’t cancel the order through the app and still can’t get my money back. We drove across town to west Knoxville and went through the drive through because the app wouldn’t allow you to place another order with one order still in progress. We received our food from another location from 20 minutes away and the original order from this location was still pending in the process of making over an hour later. This place is a joke.

Needed cleaned. Was there half an hour before closing. The individual I was with made the order on the electronic order thing (yes I'm "old school" have no idea what to do with it or call it and would rather have a human take my order). The order was payed for but the food never prepared. After 15 min. went to enquire about it and they looked surprised. They never noticed the order, to busy not working. Food was prepared correctly and staff was nice.

Ordered breakfast on the app at 9am as a treat for myself on my birthday a couple weeks ago. When I showed up was the only car in line. Waited at the window and was told the breakfast crunchwrap I ordered couldn't be made because they ran out of egg - after I had paid for extra egg. After some thinking I told them it was fine, and they asked me to wait on the other side of the building. I did, and one worker came out and told me their coffee machine also wasn't working - so I couldn't get my coffee either. I asked if I could just get a refund and he said he couldn't do that, since he didn't know how. Nice to know I paid $10 and received less than half of my order. Left disappointed, and leaving this review after several weeks since I requested at multiple levels for someone to reach out for a refund, and no one has bothered to communicate.
