They do not care about their customers even *slightly* at this store. I placed an online order an hour before the store closed per the time stated on their website. They accepted my order and took my money. I showed up six minutes after the order time and was told the store was closed, that they wouldn't give me my food, that they wouldn't give me my money back and that it was my responsibility to get it back from the website, that they didn't care that the hours were on the website were wrong and that it was not *their* responsibility to tell anyone to change it -- and it took NINE WHOLE DAYS AND FILING A DISPUTE WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY to even get them to start returning my money. Think I got an apology or even a reply of any kind beyond that? Nope. Think they've corrected their hours on their website even now? Of course not. They could not care any less. Is that the kind of team you want to trust with your health and safety? Not me.

Ordered 2 lg. popcorn chickens only to receive 4 small sizes that were half full and 2 would fill 1 box each. Tried contacting restaurant and the phone was busy for over 30 minutes.

Totally inept manager was cussing employees and lied about having my order of pot pies in the oven. I had ordered online in app and food wasn't ready 20 minutes later when i arrived and was told it would be 15 minutes then after an employee walked out the manager told me the pot pies were in the oven then 15 minutes later told me it would be 15 minutes on the pot pies. Couldn't get a refund because I ordered through the app so had to wait at the store 30 minutes for my order that should have been ready when I arrived.
