Taco Bell

Waited in line for 20 minutes, was charged for something I did not order. My food was spilled in the bag, there were no napkins in the bag or sauce even though I was asked twice what kind of sauce I wanted.

The person dosen't seem like she was trained right. We told her we were missing a drink and looked at us like we were stupid and we said no ice in the Baja blast.The Cinnamon twists were hard.

I stood in line for 26 mins, 20 mins behind a truck that was frustrated because no one answered the microphone; then I waited another 6 mins at the microphone, but no one spoke, so I drove to the window. Their manager named ‘Lupe’ said she would not take the order at the window, and I needed to go back in line or come inside to place the order. I told her I had already waited 26 mins, and no one answered, and the same thing happened with the truck in front of me who also left; she said I would not take the order and you could go back. I told her I would not return to that restaurant again and left. Good Job – Lupe!
