I Just Left This Location. I Was Planning On Ordering 2 Party Pans of $120 Each...But Stumbled Upon Some Terrible Customer Service! Rude Uneducated Cashier. Won't Ever Stop By Here Again. Guess I Should've Know Better. I'll Stick To The Lake County Locations.

Based on the look of the restaurant and how it looks on the inside is one of the reasons i gave it one star. But first and foremost my family recommended this spot and i knew it had to be a hit. What i didn’t know was that the customer service would be sub par and you also can’t call in to place an order. I called not once but twice to place an order in advance while en route to this business. Once i arrived though no one greeted me and once the lady behind the counter heard someone in the business she tells me no mask no service. Politely walks off, my thing is if that’s how you plan on running this place then why not try answering the phone to let customers know in advance prior to their arrival. I told her i understood and took my business elsewhere. It also looks like the health department needs to make a stop in this place because it certainly didn’t smell welcoming.

Very rude workers! and old food the chicken tasted like the grease hadn't been cleaned in ages and they were not following health or safety measures while handling food. cross contaminating food with their bare hands. I was vomiting and had diarrhea all night after eating at this place!! this is all i had to eat so it had to be from this place
