Ordered a nacho bell grande it had burnt stale chips in a pool of nacho cheese complete garbage. Don’t recommend this location!
This location is so annoying when it comes to picking up orders. I should have trusted my gut & ignored the order. Lobby unlocked & not set to close until 10pm, but I'm told the lobby is closed & to go wait in the drive thru to pick up the order ???? like, why not just give me the order or let me wait the couple of min for it. I'm literally already in here.
Been here recently on several occasions and they need to hire more staff. The lines this past evening were unacceptable, but the movement of the line was the real problem. Sat in drive thru for 30 minutes only moving 4 car spots. Still, never made it to the intercom to order before getting frustrated on the wait and taking off. The food is fine when you get to it. Its just a painfully long wait lately it seems. I won't even consider coming here in the future.
