McDonald's

Very slow. Not sure if it's today only. Several customers drove away while in the drive thru line due to serious delays. However, after they canceled my order thinking I drove off and tried to give me cold fries they have me fresh fries and didn't charge me due to the very long wait. That made up for the delay and long wait. Not sure what was going on but hope it's fixed going forward.

Ice cream machine was down again. It's an easy fix and I don't know why they can't figure out that they are overfilling the machine with ice cream mix and when the heat cycle hits overnight it's locking the machine up. Also, why do none of the stores keep their lights on when they are open anymore? Why does this store and many other in the KC metro area want to give the appearance that they are closed?

I come in and they are not answering the drive thru monitor. I have a mobile order. So I wait to get to the front so I can see what's going on. They said they are closed at 9pm when they normally close at 11pm. I asked if something happened. The lady proceeded to say They don't have enough people so they have to close early. Now that's understandable what's not understandable is why they wouldn't put a sign outside the McDonald's to let them know that due to not have enough people they're closing early. Instead I'm greeted with somebody that has a s***** attitude even though I'm being nice to them. Then they're giving me my order instead of giving me my money back where they gave me cold fries and cold nuggets. This was highly unprofessional and I'm highly irritated.
