I had every intention of dining here. I submitted my order at the kiosk 2x, but the kiosk gave me an error each time. When I told one of the employees that it wasn't working, I expected them to take order. Instead, I was simply told to place my order at the kiosk. Been there, done that. I went somewhere else where they cheerfully took my order.
Not trying to be a Karen, but… The manager this afternoon was really mean to me today. He literally yelled at me when I asked him what I should do about the order I made online for pick-up, because when I walked to the store, the lobby was closed. There’s so reason to be so hostile to a paying customer. Don’t go to this location, go to the one in Crest Hill or by the mall.
