I ordered from their online ordering and when we got there they said their system was down and they didn’t get the order. So we asked what to do. They said they was calling corporate. They never offered to make it because I had the receipt nor offered us a refund. We eventually just left. So now I’m going to have to dispute the charge because I got charged for food I never received. Horrible customer service
Awesome establishment. Met the traveling manager from Florida. Made sure my party and I were taken care of.
Went there on Wednesday night 4/6/21 and the two young ladies working were very professional and friendly. The food was fantastic! Best I've eaten from any Steak 'n' Shake anywhere.
