Taco Bell

Let me start out by stating I was an employee for Taco Bell. I was Serv Safe certified through my employment to become an AGM. My recent experience was poor, not to mention the fact I was given the wrong order last week. But this week, all we asked for was theh drop a fresh chalupa. Definitely takes less than a minute to complete that full process. And had every been wearing headsets, they'd been able to do so without much delay on order times. Instead, they gave us a hard and stale chalupa shell. Pulled back around to of course order a fresh one in replacement to which she said ok in a poor tone of voice and then when she handed us the fresh one she immediately went defensive and told us the one she gave us was fresh. I just put in 14 hours at work. I am not about to sit in a drive thru line for shifts and giggles. I literally asked her to throw the other one away which of course I understand they have rules against that now. But still. No need to argue or get defensive. Maybe apologi

Won't even talk about getting order wrong Didn't order taco's already chewed/stepped on/ sat on or whatever the hell happened here, but if I were the owner or manager I would be way to ashamed and embarrassed to tell anyone!!!! I won't be going to this location again and recommend no one else does either!! Please read reviews. You might learn something from what your customers have to say!! Would give no stars if I could.

Don’t bother making a special order or assuming you get the proper amount of product in your food. Might as well have ordered just the tortillas because the steak and fillings were no where to be found after I had verbal confirmation from the drive through. Spend your money elsewhere.
